The first, exploratory appointment takes about an hour and is free of charge. Then Celine starts with the first design phase, looking for suitable gemstones and making a quote, for which we charge a working budget of €500. If we proceed with the production of your custom-made jewel, this is not an extra cost but will be deducted from the deposit. If you do not wish to continue working with us, you unfortunately cannot reclaim this amount in any form. In the second phase or the start of production, we charge you 50% of the total estimated cost before starting. You pay on the day of delivery, the other 50%.

A deposit is requested from the moment we reserve a jewel for you, make a custom jewel or adjust a jewel from stock. For a reservation of a jewel from stock, this is 20% of the purchase price, for a custom-made jewel this is 50% of the estimated purchase price, for a jewel from stock that needs to be adjusted, this is 30% of the purchase price.

You can return your jewel within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we only accept a return if the jewel has not been worn and is returned in the original packaging. We will only provide a refund if the jewel has been thoroughly checked in our workshop.

No, a piece of jewellery that has been specially designed for you or is still in production cannot be cancelled or returned. This also applies to jewellery from our stock that has already been adjusted, such as the ring size, the length of the necklace or personalised with an engraving.
